Ingredients
Serves : 8
Mixed dals (Split toor/arhar dal, Lentils/moong dal etc.) 1 cup
Sliced vegetables (Potatoes, Pumpkins, Raw Banana, Papaya, Eggplant, Yam/ground potatoes etc.) 6 cup
Sprouts - 1 cup
3-4 cups of Water
1 tbs Ghee
4 Red Chilli
1 tbs Cumin seeds
Directions
Add all vegetables, mixed dals, sprouts, turmeric, salt and boil for 10 mins. Pour boiled vegetables in a hot pan /kadhai for tadaka and mix properly. Sprinkle some Red chilli powder for spiciness. Serve hot & Enjoy the taste of Odia food - Dalma
